• Inspect system for leaks (hoses, couplings, valves, evaporator, etc.)
• Evacuate the system
• Inspect and adjust drive belt tension
• Test compressor operation
• File with proper O.E. amount of refigerant (refrigerant extra)
• Pressure test and check for leaks
• Check output temperature
• Check proper operations of control, blower motor, cooling fan (engine)
